2026 NEACAC Spring College Fairs

NEACAC is pleased to announce we have partnered with StriveScan to bring student barcode scanning technology to our College Fairs. StriveScan will enhance the experience for students and colleges by making information exchange more efficient and productive, while also providing valuable data to our organization and the fair organizers.

Student Registration

Students can register for NEACAC fairs at www.StriveFair.com. Upon registration, StriveScan sends them a barcode via text message and email, which they show to reps at each fair. Registering for a barcode provides students with more information on each institution and allows them to connect with schools even after the event. There is no cost for students to register for a barcode.

Secondary School Counselors
Counselors are asked to ensure that all students register at www.StriveFair.com before attending an NEACAC fair. StriveScan’s Fair Tool Kit has materials to support the registration process. Rapid Registration is also available. 

 Fairs are free and open to the public. If you would like to bring a bus of students, please see Bus Information below.

If your school cannot support the cost of transportation, transportation (bus) costs can be reimbursed to NEACAC member schools. Please contact [email protected] to verify membership.
