The Annual Meeting & Conference is NEACAC’s largest event, drawing 600-800 attendees from across New England and other affiliate regions. AMC is an annual event, typically held Wednesday through Friday in late May or early June. All bids to host AMC will be reviewed, however bids that include the following facilities will have the strongest consideration in the process:

  • 350-400 beds available in residence halls (suite style, air conditioned halls strongly preferred)
  • Auditorium/large meeting space to accommodate 400+
  • Classrooms ranging in size from 20-50, 50-100 and 100+
  • Dining hall with seating capacity of 700
  • Access to recreational/workout facilities for attendees
  • In-kind donation of at least $10,000

Benefits of Hosting AMC at Your Campus:

  • Showcase your campus to admission and secondary school professionals from New England at NEACAC’s largest event.
  • Opportunities for specific outreach to Secondary School Counselors.
  • Ability to give back to your local community through money raised at AMC programs and programs offered by NEACAC members. In past years, NEACAC members have hosted “Gearing Up For Senior Year” for students at a local high school and other local community service opportunities.

**Please note: The process outlined above occurs two years prior to the conference. For example, submitting a bid in the summer of 2024 would be to hold the conference in 2026.**
