Middle Management Workshop

NEACAC’s Professional Development Committee will host a workshop for current and aspiring middle managers with supervisory responsibilities in their roles. The program will provide an opportunity for individuals to acquire techniques, strategies, and knowledge which will assist them as they continue to progress in their careers. David duKor-Jackson, Director of Admissions at MIT, will lead attendees through timely, thought-provoking, and interactive exercises and case studies to help illuminate both existing strengths and areas for continued development to better equip attendees to confront both current and emerging challenges.
