Middle Management Workshop

NEACAC's Professional Development Committee is hosting a pre-conference workshop designed for current and aspiring middle managers with supervisory responsibilities. This program offers participants valuable techniques, strategies, and knowledge to support their career advancement. Attendees will benefit from learning directly from senior enrollment management and college counseling leaders, including a leadership panel featuring JT Duck, Dean of Admissions at Tufts University, Matthew L. McGann, Ed.D., Dean of Admission & Financial Aid at Amherst College and T. Peaches Valdes, Dean of Admission and Financial Aid at Wellesley College. Participants will also engage in meaningful discussions, analyze case studies, and more.
