Strategic Plan

In the spring of 2012, an ad-hoc committee reviewed our strategic plan and recommended a new structure for long-range planning: one that identifies strategic priorities and gives a framework for planning, thinking, and program development, rather than a goal-specific “check-list” document.  The new framework allows for flexibility and creativity, while encouraging thoughtful governance and deliberate execution.
