2020 NEACAC Fall College Fair Schedule


NEACAC is excited to present this unique opportunity to our membership*. Partnering with GoToCollegeFairs, we will be able to simulate a college fair as Institutions build virtual booths, where they can offer (PDF) materials, answer live questions, presentations, and much more!

The LIVE portion of these fairs will be held during the following dates and times:

Tuesday, October 13, 2020 (6-8:00 pm)
Thursday, October 29, 2020 (6-8:00 pm)
Sunday, November 15, 2020 (1-3:00 pm)

In addition, the booths will be available through December 31, 2020 allowing students, school counselors, and their families to visit many times!


PLEASE NOTE: Registration for these Virtual Fall College Fairs closes at the end of the day on September 25, 2020. Due to the unique nature of this platform, we will NOT be able to allow any late registrants. Registration has now closed.


*Temporary: NEACAC has decided to temporarily adjust our College Fair Policies to allow for non-member, accredited institutions in an effort to make options more widely available to students at this difficult time. Our college fairs are for two- and four-year colleges and universities. On a space-available basis, we may accommodate non-profit organizational members who assist students with the transition from high school to college. All participants must still abide by NEACAC college fair guidelines.

Students and Counselors will be required to register in order to participate in the Virtual College Fair. Registration will open on or about Monday, October 5th. Please check back here for additional information.



On Tuesday, July 28, 2020, NEACAC members were notified that our in-person college fairs have been canceled for the Fall of 2020. Please see the message shared below. Stay tuned for more information in the coming weeks in regards to our new virtual platform! 


Hello, NEACAC Members,

Yesterday afternoon, the Governing Board gathered for an emergency meeting to vote on the status of our upcoming in-person fall college fairs. Due to the rapidly developing COVID-19 outbreak, the guidance on gatherings from the Center for Disease Control, and the travel restrictions at organizations within our affiliate, the NEACAC Governing Board has made the difficult decision to cancel our in-person fall college fairs. As with the spring fairs, this decision was not made lightly and is presented to you with a heavy heart.  

However, it has been decided that we will be offering a virtual platform as a replacement. NEACAC is eager and excited to still be able to provide member institutions and the students they serve an opportunity to connect in the fall and beyond. You can anticipate more communication from the College Fair committee in the coming weeks via the eBlast.
